So yeah, that was some episode of lost this week. I can hardly believe we’ve reached the end of the season. The producers of LOST had promised viewers that there would be very few “filler” episodes this season. That commitment was made in response to a shrinking audience which had grown tired of meaningless episodes which did nothing to advance the storyline and never ending suspense with no real pay off. For the most part I think they succeeded but in the end little has actually been revealed.
The Oceanic Six are flown back to the mainland by a US Coast Gaurd airplane. A press conference is held but the truth of Oceanic 815 remains concealed.
Locke, Hurley and Ben arrive at the Orchid station planning to “move the island” but the mercenaries from the frieghter have already arrived.
Desmond discovers a bomb aboard the Whitmore freighter. Bummer.
Sun buys a controlling interest in her father’s company, Paik Automotive.
